- Promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
- Contains graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
3.3 Offensive or Inappropriate Content

- Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or adult content
- Contains nudity or sexual content involving minors
- Is obscene, vulgar, or offensive

- Contains graphic or disturbing content without appropriate warnings
3.4 Spam and Misleading Content
- Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
- Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Is designed to phish, scam, or defraud users
- Contains clickbait or misleading titles or descriptions
- Promotes pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or other fraudulent business practices
3.5 Privacy and Personal Information
- Contains personal information of others without their consent (including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or financial information)
- Invades the privacy of others
- Contains content that was recorded without consent (where consent is required by law)
- Discloses confidential or proprietary information
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to StreamWorks. By uploading content, you grant StreamWorks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, reproduce, and display your content on the platform
- Create thumbnails and preview images of your content
- Distribute and stream your content to users who access it
- Use your content for platform functionality and features
This license continues even if you stop using the platform, until you delete the content or your account is terminated.
4.2 Copyright Protection
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
- Your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents
- You will not upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws
4.3 DMCA Compliance
StreamWorks respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us with:
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The location of the infringing material on our platform
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
5. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Uploading prohibited content
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Using automated systems to access the platform without permission
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated content without prior notice.
6. Platform Availability and Modifications

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

- Interruption or cessation of the platform
- Viruses, malware, or other harmful components
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamWorks, its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Content you upload, post, or transmit
- Your violation of these Terms of Service

11. Dispute Resolution
